The first section lists albums by year of release (not recording), along with its grade. An "r" indicates a good album that's been made redundant by succeeding compilations. For "complete entries", I've tried to include all probable A— or better works (of course, some artists are represented by many close to identical compilations, and I'm not going to list all of these), as well as other acclaimed works I don't necessarily like as much.

The second section lists the artist's best songs. My rule of thumb is for a song to be listed, it should be in my top 10000 songs of all time (I've yet to make such a list, but it's inevitable).

A complete entry will also include some critical discussion of the artist. (This is the hard part.) Links may also be included.
